 It is made from soft, slow-rising PU foam. Available textures and rebound speeds can be confirmed with a sample before bulk production.

If you receive damaged, leaking, or incorrect Cube Squishy Fidget products, please contact us with your order number, photos or videos, and the affected quantity. We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate solution.

Inspection criteria should be agreed upon before production, including appearance, dimensions, seal integrity, and packaging. Please specify any testing or inspection requirements when placing your order.

Pattern needs 30-60 days, sample need 7-12 days. The first order almost need 60 days.
